(***/5)Klee hails from Cologne, Germany and this is her first album. It came to my attention after visiting SPIN's service for emusic. I though it was a cool cover, so I checked it inside... I was gladly surprise by the combination of electro-pop+feminine german vocals and amusical cascade of guitars and synthesizers showcases extraordinary beauty not unlike a Paul Klee masterwork (which the band's name is derived from). Fans of Depeche Mode, Camera Obscura. Check out this great review.

Thanks for posting this. I first heard the song Gold on a Pontiac commcercial a couple months ago and hadn't been able to find out what the song was or who the band was.
